Möllers and the manufacturing industry, this is a partnership out of a well-proven cooperation over decades. Conveying, storing, filling, packaging and loading bulk materials, liquid and pasty products - we have been developing machines, plants and systems which set standards.
Plant reliability and plant availability, together with pure functionality, are now the basic requirements for capital equipment. Maschinenfabrik Möllers has taken this circumstances into account with its family of Producat-Win® process control systems developed in-house.
The know-how of the Möllers Group, which has grown over the years with respect to the display and diagnostic capabilities of Möllers plants, has been implemented in this display system. The basis for this Möllers system, which can be integrated into any plant, was formed by highly qualified software and hardware engineers by exchanging information with commissioning engineers and operators.
High automatic production processes request most modern metering and weighing equipment to produce charges as per the product recipe within the production sequences and to achieve accurate fillings according to the set point.
The different properties of bulk material, the varying kinds of packaging which are nowadays essentially determined on marketing aspects, request the most variable types of filling systems.
With Greif-Velox Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Lübeck, Logdos GmbH in Sigmaringen and Librawerk Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Braunschweig our company group has three manufacturers of metering, weighing and filling systems which in over half a century have successfully provided equipment to countless plants all round the globe.
